In early 2025, we won a major victory as part of our campaign to form a union at Lucid.
As a result of charges filed when Lucid fired three workers who engaged in protected union organizing efforts, we won a substantial settlement agreement with more than $250,000 in back pay and the right to return to work. As part of the settlement, the National Labor Relations Board also issued a sweeping cease and desist order in which Lucid agreed to respect our right to form a union.
